Across the trading day
Local clocks and weekday schedule estimates. Holidays, early closes, suspensions and special sessions are not checked; this is not confirmed exchange status. Daylight saving is handled by each hub’s time zone.
Regular cash-equity sessions only. Auctions and extended sessions differ by venue. Use each exchange’s source to confirm a trading date.
Cross-border casebook
Connections with a history.
Completed historical acquisitions, selected for learning value. No claim of current deal activity or exhaustive coverage. Select a case to highlight its route.
Sources, scope and methodology
Schedules and transaction facts checked on 20 October 2026. Each hub links to an exchange schedule; each case links to the acquirer’s dated completion announcement. Index names identify benchmarks, not prices, returns or tradable instruments. No market-data API is connected.
Routes connect representative financial hubs or country locations. They do not show exact offices, funding paths or transaction values. Tokyo stands for Japan in the Takeda case; the Taiwan endpoint stands for the acquired business in the DBS case. The five-hub MVP is deliberately selective.
Map geometry: bundled Natural Earth public-domain data, shared with the World Economy feature. Small locations can be chosen with the hub buttons. A map failure does not prevent access to the hub details, market schedules or casebook.
